The Vintage Bazaar in Devizes

Good morning. Yet another busy few weeks have flown by...and suddenly we are heading towards the next Vintage Bazaar event in the delightful market town of Devizes at the end of this month.....

We are gathering some pretty stock to bring along.... as well as a few Christmas bits and bobs....

This weekend sees the 5th Birthday of The Vintage Bazaar in The Cheese and Grain in Frome, BA11 1BE. The event runs from 9 am to 3 pm. Admission £2. Full details on the blog - or the FB page

The Antique and Vintage Textiles and Costume Auction in Bristol..coming soon!

 Many apologies for the lack of postings recently, I have been working hard on the catalogue for the next Textiles and Costume Auction.....

 The Bristol Saleroom in Baynton Road, Ashton, BS3 2EB is the location for the sale on Thursday 17th September.

 As well as costume from the 1880s to the 1960s, there are dress-making patterns, fabrics, trimmings....

 Lace...wedding dresses...scarves...shoes....handbags...mannequins....

Viewing for the sale takes place on Wednesday 16th September from 10.30 am to 6 pm, and on the morning of the sale.

Summer Fairs....

Well, at long last Summer seems to have arrived. We have a busy schedule of Antique Fairs and of course quick trips over the channel to France to purchase some new stock.

Our French stock is always popular, and we never seem to have it for very long. We have our facebook page here if you would like to keep up to date with our latest finds.

Textiles Galore!

January has spun by in a haze of selling at fairs and sorting out the stock. We decided to open an etsy shop last month, so are still in the process of working out what to place there......

At the moment there is a selection of small English and French textiles suitable for projects, patchwork etc...
